33KV & 35KV Transformer Introduction

33kV/35kv voltage lines have significant advantages in power transmission and distribution, and are suitable for medium distance and medium load scenarios, especially in urban power supply, industrial areas or rural power grids. TSTY can manufacture power transformers with various voltage levels such as 33/0.4kv, 33/0.22kv, 33/0.38kv, 35/0.4kv,etc. according to the power grid conditions of various countries. The transformer capacity range we can produce is 15-31500kva, which has a wide range of applications.

Core Advantages Of 33kV 35kVTransformer

1. High power transmission and distribution efficiency

The 33kV voltage level is at the medium voltage level in the power system, which can increase the power transmission by about 50% compared with the 10kV system. Compared with higher voltage levels, its line insulation cost is reduced by more than 25%, and its power transmission and distribution efficiency is significantly improved.

2. Strong grid stability

This voltage level has a stronger short-circuit current carrying capacity. The winding structure designed by the flux balance principle can also reduce the impact of harmonic interference on the power grid.

3. Renewable energy adaptability

In the new energy grid connection scenario, the 33kV step-up transformer can realize the direct connection between the 10kV inverter output and the 110kV backbone network, reducing the loss of multi-stage boosting.
