Product Description

They are widely used in the power systems of power plants, substations, renewable energy wind farms and photovoltaic power plants, as well as large-scale industrial and mining enterprises such as the petrochemical industry. These 220kV oil-immersed energy-saving transformers include both on-load and off-excitation voltage regulation types, suitable for three-phase, 50Hz, power systems operating at voltages of 220kV and below.

Structural Features

1. The core features a six-level joint, a fully inclined, non-porous structure, and a continuous upper and lower yoke design, effectively reducing no-load losses and noise.
2. The fuel tank adopts a flat-top structure, with the top and bottom cut from a single piece of steel plate, providing strong overall rigidity. The tank is manufactured using a pre-assembled process, undergoes rigorous leak testing, and is sandblasted for rust removal to ensure high-quality coating and long-term corrosion resistance.
