Body Assembly: Utilizes integrated laminated wood and multi-strand flexible copper leads, adhering to superior industry standards for core manufacturing processes. The clamping plates are made of single-piece electrical-grade laminated wood—molded as a solid unit without seams—ensuring high insulation strength. The leads consist of multi-strand flexible copper wire wrapped in insulation; this design offers excellent flexibility and effectively absorbs shocks and vibrations, making it particularly suitable for long-distance transport and navigation over challenging road conditions.

Five key anti-corrosion upgrades ensure suitability for extreme environments: stainless steel bolts eliminate the risk of seizing; a transition from right angles to rounded contours enhances coating adhesion; a three-step pretreatment process (shot blasting, pickling, and phosphating) is employed; and C5-grade electrostatic powder coating (150μm thickness) provides salt spray resistance exceeding 1,000 hours. Additionally, rubber protective sleeves are used during lifting to ensure damage-free delivery.
