Structural design

 

The single-phase Pad Mounted Transformer adopts a modular compartmentalized layout, balancing electrical safety, ease of operation and maintenance, and space utilization, and is suitable for long-term stable operation under complex outdoor conditions. It consists of an oil tank, which contains high-voltage and low-voltage cable terminal compartments, cleverly arranged side by side on one side of the transformer oil tank.

Removable Flip-Top Cover:

The cover opens fully 180°, providing unobstructed top visibility and operating space.

Using stainless steel hinge pins, it is robust, durable, and corrosion-resistant, ensuring smooth opening and closing even after years of use.

This design greatly facilitates internal wiring inspection, bushing maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Flexible Network Connectivity:

Equipped with external clamping high-voltage bushing wells, it supports both loop and radial feeding as mainstream wiring methods.

This design enhances the flexibility and reliability of grid connections, facilitating the expansion and reconfiguration of distribution networks.
