The dry-type transformer is an epoxy resin cast power transformer, unique in that its iron core and windings are not immersed in insulating oil. Its cooling methods mainly include natural air cooling (AN) and forced air cooling (AF). From iron core production to resin casting and assembly, the entire process is self-made by Tiansheng. We adopt fully automated intelligent equipment for iron core production, realizing digital operation throughout the process from silicon steel sheet cutting to iron core stacking. This method results in iron cores with smaller gaps, lower losses, reduced noise, longer lifespan, and improved production efficiency and product qualification rates. Our casting process employs the most advanced domestic orthogonal self-flow and end-seal self-flow casting techniques, achieving fully automated intelligent operation from mixing to casting.
