Automated Production Advantages

Full Chain Automation

The automation rate of iron core production can reach 99%. The material is Baosteel high-magnetic silicon steel. It is equipped with high-end equipment such as horizontal and vertical shearing, fully automatic winding machine, vacuum drying/oiling system, etc., and has passed ISO/IEC international dual certification.

Automated Vacuum Oiling Machine

Remove bubbles and enhance insulation performance;

Intelligent Vacuum Drying System

Uniform heat transfer improves the transformer's withstand voltage and insulation performance, and recycles water to practice green production.

High Efficient Production

Daily production capacity of 50 units (efficiency increased by 3 times).

R&D Advantages
