1. Cutting-edge intelligent manufacturing system

The automation level of iron core production is as high as 95%, and the material is selected from Baosteel. Equipped with a full set of iron core shearing machines, fully automatic winding machines, vacuum drying/oiling systems, international testing centers and other high-end equipment throughout the process, the horizontal and vertical cutting accuracy reaches the industry-leading level, and has passed ISO/IEC international certification to ensure that product quality meets international standards.

 

2. Efficient production capacity guarantee

The automated production line achieves a daily production capacity of 50 units, and the efficiency is 3 times higher than the traditional mode. Compared with traditional manual lamination, the transformer noise is reduced by 5 decibels and the no-load loss is reduced by 5%, creating a new benchmark for quiet and efficient.

 

3. Automated vacuum oiling equipment
