Transformer Production Process

The production process of oil-immersed transformers is mainly divided into: core production, raw material testing, insulation production, winding, assembly, welding, vacuum drying, vacuum oil filling, laboratory testing

Automated Production Advantages

1. Automatic Manufacturing Equipment

Core cutting, winding, vacuum drying, oiling, etc. are all done with fully automatic production equipment.

2. High Production Capacity

The automated production line achieves a daily production capacity of 50 units, and the efficiency is 3 times higher than the traditional mode.

3. Automated Vacuum Oiling Equipment

TSTY uses automated vacuum oil filling equipment to eliminate bubbles and enhance insulation performance.

4.Drying Equipment

Our vacuum drying technology improves the transformer's withstand voltage and insulation performance through uniform heat transfer, and recycles water to practice green production.

TSTY covers a total area of 250,000 square meters, with 15 production lines, 3 intelligent production lines, more than 220 sets of intelligent equipment and testing equipment.
