Modern 10kV transformers are usually energy-saving models, with significantly reduced no-load losses and load losses.Compared with transformers of higher voltage levels, 10kV transformers occupy a smaller area and are suitable for distribution rooms or outdoor box-type substations with limited space.Adapt to the motor, lighting and other load requirements of small and medium-sized factories.

TSTY Transformer Advantages

Raw materials

The core is made of high-quality steel sheets from Baosteel/Wuhan Iron and Steel, which are cut by shearing machines with very few burrs. The multi-step 45-degree inclined seams effectively reduce no-load loss, no-load current and noise.

Excellent insulation performance

The insulation uses Nomex® paper, which is resistant to high temperatures. The production process uses vacuum oiling and drying environment, high-temperature resistant insulating oil, etc., which greatly improves the insulation performance.

Copper winding

Transformer body
